Wuthering Waves Beginner Events And Campaigns - What To Expect

With the Wuthering Waves 2nd Close Beta Test going in full swing and players are able to have the first taste of what Wuthering Waves have to offer, special beginner friendly events and campaigns are being offered to all players to help players obtain a large variety of reward and advance quickly in the game once the game is launched.

As can be experienced in the game’s 2nd Close Beta Test and available for all players, the events and celebration campaigns for Wuthering Waves’ that players can expect for the game’s release are as followed:

Gifts Of Thawing Frost

Event Time: Permanent

Availability: Available to all players

Gift of Thawing Frost is Wuthering Waves first ever Log-In Event where players will be required to log into the game in order to obtain various amazing rewards prepared for them. This event will be available for all players at the start of the beta and will also be available for all players as the start of the game, allowing them to obtain free Lustrous Tides, Radiant Tides and the free 4* Glacio Resonator Sanhua.

The event rewards available are as followed:

Note: Players do not need to log in consecutively for 7 days to obtain all of the rewards, players just need to simply log in for a total of 7 days during the event’s period to obtain the rewards.

Awakening Journey

Event Time: Permanent

Availability: Available to all players until they reach Union level 45.

Awakening Journey is a special event available for all players at the start of their journey that rewards the player when they reach a certain union level milestone during their journey in Wuthering Waves. Once players have reached Union Level 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45, they will be rewarded with large amounts of Lustrous Tides, Crystal Solvents and Astrites. In addition, as a special reward once players have reached Union level 45, they will be able to obtain a Free 5* Weapon of their choice.

Note: It is currently unknown whether the Rank 5 Weapon Supply Chest: Wind Brume will allow players to choose the weapon they want to get or whether it will randomly give the player one of the 5 available 5* Weapon.

Rumbling Hollows

Event Time: Permanent

Availability: Available to all players once they have unlocked the Tower of Adversity game mode.

Rumbling Hollows is yet another Permanent Event for all players who have reached a certain point in the game’s main story and have unlocked one of Wuthering Waves’ end game content - The Tower of Adversity. Once players have fulfilled the conditions and have cleared specific stages in the Tower of Adversity, they will be awarded with special Resonator and Weapon upgrading materials as well as be able to obtain the free 4* Electro Resonator - Yuanwu.

Once completed, players will be able to obtain the following rewards:

Depths of Illusive Realm

Event Time: Permanent

Availability: Available to all players once they have reached Union Level 23.

Depths of Illusive Realm is a special permanent roguelike game mode where players will have the chance to obtain various buffs and challenge randomly generated battles in order to reach the end of the Realm and obtain exclusive rewards, including special Premium Currencies Astrite, exclusive Echos - Phantom: Impermanence Heron, Rank 5 Tuning materials and various Resonator and Weapon upgrading materials.

Important rewards players can obtain includes:

	Phantom: Impermanence Heron Rarity: 5* Echo Ability: Use the Echo skill, transform into the Impermanence Heron, fly up and use smash attack, causing 314% Havoc Damage. After hitting the enemy, restore 10 points of Resonance Energy to the current character. In the next 15 seconds, if the currency character casts the outro skill, the damage of the next character to take the stage can be increased by 12%, lasting 15 seconds. Skill Cooldown: 25 seconds.
	Premium Tuner (Device for Tuning Rank 5 Echoes)

Drifting Inscriptions

Event Time: Permanent

Availability: Available to all players once they have completed Main Story Chapter 1 Act 2 and have unlocked the Guidebook Function.

Drifting Inscriptions is a permanent event that requires players to advance in the main story and complete certain special missions in the Guidebook. Once players have finished a set amount of missions available in the Guidebook, they will be awarded with Resonator and Weapon upgrading materials, special Echos and various exclusive rewards once they have reached a higher rank in the Guidebook.

Once players have reached Rank 5 in the Guidebook, they will awarded with a special Rank 5 Echo - Chasm Guardian

Chasm Guardian

Rarity: 5*

Echo Ability: Use the Echo skill, transform into the Chasm Guardian to cast Leap Strike. When hit, it causes 182% Havoc damage, deducts the current character’s 10% Health after hitting the enemy, and periodically recovers the current Character’s Health after 5 seconds, recovering a total of 10% of maximum Health.

Skill Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Pre-Registration Event

Event Time: Not Yet Determined

Availability: All Players

The final event that players can expect from Wuthering Waves’ launch is the Pre-registration Event and its rewards. Currently, there have not been any announcements regarding when the Wuthering Waves Pre-registration event will start and there have yet to be any announcements regarding the rewards players can obtain from this event. However, as with other gacha games of the same vein, players should expect to obtain various rewards from the game’s pre-registration reward once the game is set to launch.
